Sandra (Sandy) Weeks

Sandy has recently established HRP – Human Resources Partners Inc. as a boutique consulting firm occupying a niche specifically in Human Resources consulting and outsourcing. Her current clients cover both spectrums.

Sandy brings extensive experience in Human Resources where she has developed a broad range of in-depth skills and knowledge in Human Resources Management with leading, global organizations.

Most recently, Sandy was a Senior Consultant in the Reward and Recognition Practice of Towers Perrin, a leading global Human Resource Consulting company that provides consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to this, she spent several years as a Senior Human Resources Consultant with KPMG, where she specialized in developing and implementing base pay programs.

Before entering the consulting profession, Sandy spent 10 years in senior internal Human Resource roles in a range of financial services and public sector organizations. Sandy has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, and a CHRP with the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPAO).

Sandy is actively involved with the CCA (Canadian Compensation Association) where she is an instructor in the Certification Program for Compensation and Benefits Professionals. She will be Chairing the 2000 Annual CCA Conference to be held in Toronto in 2000. She has been an active member of HRPAO for 15 years. She teaches evening courses in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour at Ryerson University.

Sandy will be assisted by associates of the firm whose skills will be closely matched to the needs of the project and client.
